Dogecoin (DOGE) Labs launched Wednesday in partnership with the Dogecoin Foundation, bringing together several product teams and technologies to expand the use of the memecoin (DOGE) across payments, decentralized finance (DeFi) and consumer applications.

The launch will consolidate MyDoge, DogeOS and Such App under one business, led by Jordan Jefferson, founder of MyDoge and DogeOS. The initiative aims to connect Dogecoin's community with more applications, services and commercial opportunities.
Dogecoin Labs said it will combine consumer distribution, application infrastructure and development expertise to build an economy around DOGE. The organization will receive intellectual property and development teams from the Dogecoin Foundation and House of Doge.
“No other digital asset has Dogecoin's combination of liquidity, community and cultural reach, and its potential has barely been tapped,” Jefferson said.
He added that the organization aims to bring Dogecoin's developers together and help them reach users through applications built with DogeOS and distributed through MyDoge.
Dogecoin Labs also intends to develop products covering wallets, payments, commerce, trading, DeFi, gaming, artificial intelligence, social applications and developer infrastructure. The company will focus on bringing these products to market, while the Dogecoin Foundation continues supporting open-source development, advocacy and community stewardship.
MyDoge, a self-custodial Dogecoin wallet, has surpassed 500,000 users without paid acquisition, according to the announcement. Its recently released V3 version connects the wallet's consumer platform with applications being developed on DogeOS.
DogeOS launched its public testnet on September 30, providing developers with an EVM-compatible environment to build and test applications for Dogecoin users. The testnet supports development across areas including payments, trading, DeFi, gaming and digital assets.
Such App adds a commercial payments component to the new organization. Its beta supports businesses accepting DOGE for goods and services through invoicing and in-person QR-code payments.
DOGE continued its positive performance, posting a fourth consecutive green candle on the daily chart, but faces resistance from the 20-day, 50-day and 100-day Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs) stacked just above its price.
The dog-themed memecoin is also restricted by a descending trendline extending from September 22 and the $0.088 resistance. A rise above the resistance will see DOGE test the $0.091 hurdle.
On the downside, DOGE could find support at the $0.080 and $0.077 horizontal levels.
The 14-day Relative Strength Index (RSI) and Stochastic Oscillator (Stoch) at 44 and 50, respectively, indicate fading bearish dominance.
